Nationale CQ Test
During this client event, customer service advisors of several major companies got the positive attention they deserved. Led by Eddy Zoëy 1,250 advisors were in quest of the winner with the highest Contact Quotient. In 2015 this knowledge quiz was organized for the fifth time.
Doing sports is good for you! That’s why every year SportVibes organizes Olympic Moves: a great sports event for thousands of children launched at the Olympic Stadium.

The perfect kick-off of this day was a minutely organized show featuring Olympic sports heroes, famous DJs and other prominent people. But the focus was of course on the super-critical group of 6,000 schoolchildren who had the time of their lives at the Olympic Stadium.

Randstad Nederland launched the 'Worden wie je bent' (‘Become who you are’) campaign focusing on belief in everybody’s talent. This event served to make employees enthusiastic about the new campaign.
Translation of marketing campain into event
More than 2,500 employees personally experienced the underlying thought of the campaign during a surprising, authentic and personal show about talents and ambitions. The show was presented by radio DJ Gerard Ekdom and presenter Robert ten Brink and - of course - the new commercial was presented too.

Urban District Zuid-Oost and Meneer de LeeuwConcept & Production Opening Event
In June 2014 entrepreneurs and employees of companies in the vicinity opened the ‘Hoekenrodeplein’, a new, green and sustainable outdoors area in South-East Amsterdam.
The Hoekenrode Table
A 100-metre long table from one end of the square to the other. This formed the stage for all the opening activities of the square. Residents and employees participated in a meal, schoolchildren were served breakfast and in the meantime the stage was used as a catwalk for a fashion show by nearby clothing shops and artists from this part of the city.

Think of an original benefit event in the style of WereldOuders to collect as much money as possible to provide a children’s hospital in Haiti with solar panels.
Angels of Light Gala
The first children’s benefit gala of the Netherlands especially for children and their parents! WereldOuders focusses on aid to children and that is why they were in the spotlight at the Angels of Light Gala, which has been organized annually since 2012 in the centre of Amsterdam. Interactive with funny live acts and exclusive auction items.

By applying a no-nonsense approach claar is kees created an intimate, personal concept with a befitting look & feel for each event. Each time geared to the location in question, the time of year and the wishes of the client. By now, five successful lunch events have taken place.
N.V.O.S.Communication & Production
The oldest academic dental association of the Netherlands, the Dutch Association for Orthodontic Study (N.V.O.S.), has to move with the times. The website and other communication means of the N.V.O.S. are in need of a make-over.
N.V.O.S. new style
claar is kees not only provided the Dutch Association for Orthodontic Study with a new website, but also modernized its annual conference. So the N.V.O.S. has moved with the times and now also appeals to newer generations of orthodontists and dentists.
Refugee CompanyProduction of various projects
It is no use denying there is a refugee problem. Refugee Company is far ahead of its time and is already dreaming of ways to find jobs for the refugees. An idealistic standpoint with only winners.
In a private capacity Claar helps with establishing a functional model and producing inspiring, commercial projects together with refugees. Refugees receive education this way, they can briefly forget they escaped their homeland and they build a new network with the possibility to find a job.
ABN AMROStrategy Game Development
Agency Peak4 requested to develop an internal employee event for ABN AMRO with a purpose to build a team spirit and to raise money for charity.
Strategy Game 'Elke dag beter'
Together with Jan Willem Wirtz claar is kees developed the 'Elke dag beter' (‘Better Each Day’) Game. Participants were divided into groups of eight with each participant getting an indispensable role. The central idea of the game was improvement. Winning the game could only be achieved through good cooperation and continuous improvement.

Booking.comConcept, Content & Show internal event
Once per year Booking.com organizes an internal event for employees for which almost all worldwide employees travel to Amsterdam. During this event the road map for the year to come is defined.
Booking.com Annual Meeting
As part of the BAM team Claar organized the Booking.com Annual Meeting. Claar was responsible for guidance of the concept, the content and the production of the General Session, the plenary session imprinting on each Booking.com employee the company’s status quo and way forward.
StayokayConcept employee event
Think of a concept for a staff party for hospitality organization Stayokay and involve the project team. Ensure that everybody wants to be there, but don’t forget to come up with a fitting programme and a link to a social purpose.
Goed Bezig Festival!
In co-creation with a project team of Stayokay, the 'Goed Bezig Festival!' was designed. An annual staff party, each year supporting a different charity. The Goed Bezig Festival! linked up seamlessly with the internal campaign of 2012 'Goed Bezig!' (‘Doing things right’). This campaign was about more than just sustainability; it was also about stimulating employees and ‘the good life’, la dolce vita. The staff party met with all these requirements.

Many years of experience means Claar knows the tricks of the trade in the event business. In 2010 she (literally) travelled around the world. She came back as a new person and in 2011 she started as a self-employed worker under the name of claar is kees, based in Amsterdam. Since then, she has got her inspiration from her clients, the diversity of projects and her creative partners.
